Since the development of the OLSH Overseas Aid Fund in 1987, the consistent objective has been to encourage and promote self-help programs that aim to improve people’s general standard of living and help establish for the local people a life-style more worthy of their human dignity. The main thrust is to assist in the areas of education, health care and social and community development on a continuing, long-term basis.
